Individual diet plan for you

Have you ever caught yourself on thought, that instead of enjoying the food, you are counting the calories and planning the activities to burn them? I have. The thing is I work as a model, so perfect shape is just vital for me. I always keep to a diet that combines all the necessary elements for my body. And I haven’t read the diet in a book or found in a magazine, I’ve created it myself, with the help of iPhone Calorie counter - a new application created by Viaden Mobile.
The application also allows me to track my weight, set goals for mineral and vitamin intakes; it even contains hundreds of recipes, with pictures and detailed instructions.
