Market crash followed the building boom

Many studies have been carried out to show the recent changes in the real estate market. The results show that the country has got many absolutely new buildings lately and the market has been developing the fastest than all the previous years. One of the researches is connected with New York development and it says that during the eight years the city has built about 200 000 new houses and flats. But till the beginning of 2009 the market has fallen almost completely. And the authorities are really worried about the situation.

It has got very difficult to get a mortgage and this has influenced the number of people who want to buy a house. They say that such New York districts as Brooklyn and Queens were hit by the crisis, because the people living there have lost their incomes and had to face foreclosures or to sell a house. Some are not able to take a loan because of the same reason – low incomes.

At the same time there can be seem some improvements in the financial district, but there are not many apartments there, which can contribute to the residential real estate market.

Sales decline on houses

The latest figures of existing house in New York fell in January proving that the market is still very weak and vulnerable. It was a surprise for many experts who were hoping to get some good results about the increasing sales. But the sales turned to be the lowest during the half of the year. Not so many New York citizens wanted to buy property there.

Many say that the decline was because of the delay between the process of shopping for a house and the process on closing for it.

But still they experts are not as pessimistic about the sales as they first home buyers still have some time till April to choose the property they want and to use tax credit. Right they only start choosing and in most cases they try to have cash deals.

How my nephew passed exams

It’s not a secret that there are some exams that are practically impossible to pass. My nephew is a clever boy but unfortunately he is not good at history. That was (and is) the most difficult subject for him. But surprisingly when I asked him a few days ago about his results he said he’d got ‘A’. I couldn’t believe my ears and asked him ‘How?’. The answer surprised me and … disappointed a bit.

It turned out that somewhere on the Internet he had found the information about spy earpiece (a very small wireless spy device and sensitive microphone which let you receive all the necessary information in real time from your assistance without being noticed).

I visited the site and … decided to buy one for myself. I’m not going to take any exams but who knows what I’ll do in future? Here are some links - spy earbud, spy headset and in ear earpiece.
