For business women

Like most of business women nowadays I really care not just about my work and progress at it, but about my health as well. In fact you don’t need many things to do to stay healthy- just keep to a balanced diet and do some regular exercises, and that’s it! I personally prefer jogging in the morning before work. Recently this routine has become even much more pleasant, since I’ve started using a new application by Viaden Mobile- GPS Pedometer for iPhone.

The product allows me not just do the training, but even track my success – the distance I’ve covered, the number of calories burnt, besides the data is available any time I need it, for example while setting plans for next day, that’s so convenient in usage, just unbelievable!
